Funcionamiento
Screw conveyor (Φ159 / 1–2 t/h / 3.0 kW) feeds material (powder/granule/tablet/sauce/noodle) to the Z-N elevator. Dual-head vibration scale weighs to target weight (1 kg). Servo-driven screw metering machine precisely fills the bag. Servo-driven electric cylinder advances the film; photo-eye registers bag length (patterned film) or fixed-length (plain film). Bag is vacuum-formed and evacuated in the hexahedron mold. Servo-driven transverse heat-seal + back heat-seal. 1.3 m output conveyor delivers finished bags.

1Screw conveyor (Φ159 / 1–2 t/h / 3.0 kW) feeds material (powder/granule/tablet/sauce/noodle) to the Z-N elevator.
