Funcionamiento
Box-type products are pushed by a feed mechanism into the wrapping station. BOPP transparent film is folded over the product by folding boards in sequence: long side → short sides → end faces. Instantaneous heat-sealing (end face 500 W + shaping 300 W + side face 300 W heating elements) forms the seal within milliseconds, avoiding heat damage to heat-sensitive contents. A turret conveyor advances the pack to the gold tear-tape application station, then to the final shaping and cooling station for form-setting.
Proceso de funcionamiento
