Funcionamiento
The water-phase pot (dispersing disc 0.75 kW, 1400 rpm) and oil-phase pot (dispersing disc 0.75 kW, 1400 rpm) pre-process the aqueous and oil phases separately. Materials are drawn into the main emulsifying pot via vacuum. The top-mounted homogenizer (5.5 kW, 0–3000 rpm) generates high-shear emulsification and dispersion; the frame-type wall-scraping agitator (2.2 kW, 0–65 rpm) prevents wall adhesion and uneven heat transfer. Vacuum conditions (−0.09 MPa) eliminate air bubbles. Jacket steam or electric heating (≤0.3 MPa) controls temperature. Final product is discharged via tilted discharge or bottom valve.
