Funcionamiento
Two layers of aluminum foil (or Al-plastic/paper) are fed synchronously via the vibrating full-row feeder into the heat-seal roller. An analog temperature module with K-type thermocouple provides closed-loop temperature control. The frequency inverter drives the main unit. Solid-state die wheel coding or graphic registration optional. Roller cutter performs synchronous die-cutting; manipulator sorts waste and conveys finished product.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Two layers of aluminum foil (or Al-plastic/paper) are fed synchronously via the vibrating full-row feeder into the heat-seal roller.
2An analog temperature module with K-type thermocouple provides closed-loop temperature control.
3The frequency inverter drives the main unit.
