Funcionamiento
Two layers of aluminum foil are fed synchronously via the vibrating full-row feeder into the heat-seal roller. Closed-loop temperature control by imported PID controller + PT100 platinum thermocouple on the roller surface ensures stable and precise sealing temperature. Frequency inverter drives the main unit at stepless speed. Photoelectric registration and missing-particle detection. Die-cutting plate count set via PLC; roller cutter performs synchronous die-cutting.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Two layers of aluminum foil are fed synchronously via the vibrating full-row feeder into the heat-seal roller.
2Closed-loop temperature control by imported PID controller + PT100 platinum thermocouple on the roller surface ensures stable and precise sealing temperature.
3Frequency inverter drives the main unit at stepless speed.
4Photoelectric registration and missing-particle detection.
5Die-cutting plate count set via PLC; roller cutter performs synchronous die-cutting.
