SED-3333SJT-A — Single-Particle Defect Vision Inspection System

Tablets/candies are auto-fed into a top hopper, organized on a vibratory bowl, and transferred by a vacuum-conveying system to the inspection station. Two high-resolution CCD area cameras (JAI GO-2402C-USB) with custom LED cold-light illumination capture images through optical glass with >98% transmittance. A self-developed image-processing system (industrial AI quality inspection system, national invention patent) analyses each particle for stains, breakage, foreign objects, half-tablets, and cracks. The rejector (adjustable up/down and front/back) removes non-conforming particles to a designated position. The system stores multi-year production data and can export reports for QA analysis.
