Funcionamiento
15 sets of upper and lower punches mounted on a QT500-7 ductile iron turret travel through two filler stations and two compression stages. Filler 1 dispenses powder A to the first-layer fill depth (7 mm); a pre-compression roller compacts the half tablet; filler 2 dispenses powder B at 0.5–8 mm onto the half tablet; the main compression roller compresses both layers into a single bicolor tablet. Lower punch ejects, scraper diverts to discharge. VFD allows speed control with on-screen averaged pressure display.
Proceso de funcionamiento
115 sets of upper and lower punches mounted on a QT500-7 ductile iron turret travel through two filler stations and two compression stages.
