Funcionamiento
Bottles are conveyed on a storage net belt to a sorting screw that singulates them into a starwheel; the starwheel transfers them to equal-spaced clamps on the rotary disc. An inversion track flips bottles 180° mouth-down; as the disc rotates, purified compressed air is injected into each bottle to dislodge and remove particulates. After the wash arc, a return track flips bottles 180° mouth-up before the discharge starwheel.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Bottles are conveyed on a storage net belt to a sorting screw that singulates them into a starwheel; the starwheel transfers them to equal-spaced clamps on the rotary disc.
2An inversion track flips bottles 180° mouth-down; as the disc rotates, purified compressed air is injected into each bottle to dislodge and remove particulates.
