Funcionamiento
Microwave drying: 2450 MHz electromagnetic waves agitate water molecules in the product, generating internal frictional heating that turns the load itself into the heat source — no thermal-conduction lag, even for poor conductors. Microwave sterilization: combined thermal effect (protein denaturation) and biological effect (cell-membrane permeability change, RNA/DNA hydrogen-bond disruption) kill bacteria at lower temperatures than conventional sterilization. Cabinet has dual side-mounted magnetrons for symmetric microwave penetration; far-infrared sensor reads product temperature to ±1°C. PLC + HMI controls power and process recipe. Door interlock prevents operation when door is not fully closed. Vacuum mode available.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Microwave drying: 2450 MHz electromagnetic waves agitate water molecules in the product, generating internal frictional heating that turns the load itself into the heat source — no thermal-conduction lag, even for poor conductors.
