Funcionamiento
Manual hand-pump hydraulic press: operator works the lever to pressurize a hydraulic cylinder (40 mm stroke, 110 mm piston) which drives the upper punch down into the die assembly. The die set comprises an upper punch in the top hole, a middle die in the center, and a lower punch in the bottom hole; powder loaded into the middle die is compacted between the punches. Pressure is read directly from the integrated gauge.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Manual hand-pump hydraulic press: operator works the lever to pressurize a hydraulic cylinder (40 mm stroke, 110 mm piston) which drives the upper punch down into the die assembly.
2The die set comprises an upper punch in the top hole, a middle die in the center, and a lower punch in the bottom hole; powder loaded into the middle die is compacted between the punches.
