Funcionamiento
Electric heating elements heat air; a draught fan drives convective heat exchange and forced ventilation; adjustable slats at air outlets ensure even temperature distribution. Most heated air is recirculated for energy efficiency, while moisture-laden air is exhausted via a humidity-set valve. Mercury thermometers placed at top (200 mm from ceiling), middle, and bottom (200 mm from floor) of the chamber are used to verify ±2°C between layers; slat angles adjusted accordingly.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Pre-production: wipe outer surface with clean damp cloth; open machine and wipe interior; wipe oven interior with clean cloth then 75% industrial alcohol (sterilisation). Post-shift: wipe all inner and outer surfaces with clean cloth, then 75% industrial alcohol inside. Monthly: inspect moving parts for wear; clean air-distribution plates and ducts; replace air filter as needed. Store in dry, clean room away from corrosive atmospheres; coat surfaces with rust-proof oil if inactive for extended period.
