Funcionamiento
Product is conveyed into the L-bar sealer where POF folded film wraps it; horizontal and vertical sealing/cutting knives close the pack and cut excess film. The sealed pack passes into the heat shrink tunnel where dual-temperature-zone hot-air circulation shrinks the film tightly around the product. PLC + PID controllers govern sealing temperature, sealing time, conveyor speed and tunnel temperature; photoelectric eye (Omron opposing optical fiber) triggers each seal cycle.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Drain cylinder water at least once a month (press white button below cylinder). Check oil monthly. Keep machine body clean and electrical compartment dry. Cut off power before servicing. Inspect wire aging after 6 months use. Daily check of fasteners on moving parts. After daily use wipe sealing knife with soft cloth while still warm (above 70°C) using a little cleaning paste.
