Funcionamiento
Operator manually loads an empty tube into the rotating clamp. A photoelectric color-mark sensor (Panasonic) finds the printed logo and rotates the tube to align it. A volumetric pump then dispenses 5–300 mL of product into the tube. A hot-melt sealing head (2 kW) folds and welds the tube tail seam. Optional code embossing prints batch/expiry information into the seal. A tail trimmer cuts excess material. The finished tube is ejected. PLC (Xinjie) with button control (or optional touchscreen HMI) sequences the cycle; TECO VFD provides stepless speed control.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Operator manually loads an empty tube into the rotating clamp.
2A photoelectric color-mark sensor (Panasonic) finds the printed logo and rotates the tube to align it.
3A volumetric pump then dispenses 5–300 mL of product into the tube.
