SED-30RGN-H composite-tube filling and sealing machine. Eight-or-ten station Geneva-mechanism turntable with cam-driven indexing performs auto color-mark alignment, filling, internal hot-air heating (Leister hot-air gun)
Funcionamiento
Manual tube loading at station 1 (vacuum-suction-assisted from the inclined tube magazine ensures correct seating). Cam-driven Geneva indexing carries the tube to station 2 where a high-precision photoelectric color-mark sensor + stepper motor rotates the tube so the print is correctly oriented. Station 3 fills the product (50–300 mL configurable, ±1.5% accuracy) via a no-tube-no-fill nozzle with anti-drip cutoff. Station 4 inserts a Leister Swiss hot-air gun into the tube tail to heat-soften it from the inside; external cooling collars chill the outer surface so the seal cools quickly. Station 5 cold-presses the tail seal. Station 6 imprints batch code in the required position. Station 7 trims the tail to the chosen profile (square or radiused) via a forming manipulator. Station 8 discharges the finished tube.
