Funcionamiento
Empty tubes are loaded automatically onto the cam-driven turntable; a brand color-mark sensor (PLC-controlled) detects the print mark and rotates each tube into the correct orientation. The dosing piston fills product into the tube to ±1%. Ultrasonic horns weld the tail closed; a coding station impresses batch/expiry codes; a trimmer cuts excess tail; finished tubes are ejected.
Proceso de funcionamiento
