Funcionamiento
Bottles are fed onto the conveyor and picked by an in-feed star-wheel. 30 gripper heads on the rotary turret clamp each bottle, invert it, and the water/air distribution valve controls rinse and drain cycles to ensure thorough internal cleaning with no residual water left in the bottle. Variable-frequency AC motor provides stepless speed regulation; electric height adjustment accommodates different bottle formats. Limit switches at all stations trigger automatic stop on fault to protect equipment.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Bottles are fed onto the conveyor and picked by an in-feed star-wheel.
230 gripper heads on the rotary turret clamp each bottle, invert it, and the water/air distribution valve controls rinse and drain cycles to ensure thorough internal cleaning with no residual water left in the bottle.
