Funcionamiento
Powder material is placed into the fluid bed. Cold air is drawn in through pre, middle, and final (HEPA) filters, passes through the heating chamber, and is heated to the desired temperature. The material is fluidized in the fluid bed regularly as turbojet. Binder/coating material is delivered to the nozzle by a liquid pump and sprayed onto the fluidized material after being sheared into droplets by air. Evaporating moisture is drawn out by the fan.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Powder material is placed into the fluid bed.
