Funcionamiento
Product enters the side sealer on the conveying belt; the wide film-feed belt wraps POF/PVC film around the item. The vertical sealer (140–180°C, 0.3–1.0 s seal time, 5–6 kg/cm² pneumatic) creates the cross seal while the constant-temperature side sealing knife (250–280°C) produces the longitudinal seal — supporting unlimited object length. A perforator punches the film as needed. The sealed package transfers into the SED-SSD-C shrink tunnel (tunnel cavity 1500×450×200 mm) where self-rotating solid rollers keep the bottom seal intact, and a high-power fan circulates heat across the spiral heating element to shrink the POF film tightly around the object.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Product enters the side sealer on the conveying belt; the wide film-feed belt wraps POF/PVC film around the item.
2The vertical sealer (140–180°C, 0.3–1.0 s seal time, 5–6 kg/cm² pneumatic) creates the cross seal while the constant-temperature side sealing knife (250–280°C) produces the longitudinal seal — supporting unlimited object length.
