Electric resistance heating: 8 groups of 27 kW 316L stainless steel thick-wall tubular heating elements (total 210 kW) heat water in the vessel to boiling, generating saturated steam at 0.7 MPa / 171°C. An integral steam-water separator removes entrained moisture for dry steam output at the DN25 steam outlet. Water volume is kept < 30 L (non-pressure vessel class), avoiding boiler licensing. The fully automatic LCD controller monitors and switches heater groups, water level, pressure, and pump state; four time-zone programmable operation enables scheduled starts.

1Electric resistance heating: 8 groups of 27 kW 316L stainless steel thick-wall tubular heating elements (total 210 kW) heat water in the vessel to boiling, generating saturated steam at 0.7 MPa / 171°C.
2An integral steam-water separator removes entrained moisture for dry steam output at the DN25 steam outlet.
