Funcionamiento
Hammer-knife multi-mill: charged material enters the top hopper and falls by gravity into the granulating chamber where rotating knives/hammers (200–900 rpm via Siemens VFD) impact and shear the granules, forcing them through the selected sieve screen (10/8/1/0.8 mm). Sized granules exit continuously through the bottom discharge port.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Hammer-knife multi-mill: charged material enters the top hopper and falls by gravity into the granulating chamber where rotating knives/hammers (200–900 rpm via Siemens VFD) impact and shear the granules, forcing them through the selected sieve screen (10/8/1/0.8 mm).
2Sized granules exit continuously through the bottom discharge port.
