Funcionamiento
A motor drives the roller via a V-belt and worm-gear reducer. The five-angle hob on the gear shaft rotates and oscillates periodically under an eccentric crankshaft and lifting rack, forcing material through the screen by pressure and shear between the rotor and screen. Throughput varies with material type, moisture, viscosity and mesh size. Dry lumped material is crushed by the five-angle hob collisions and forced through the screen.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Clean the machine after each production run. Change lubricant in the reducer box and grease on the roller shaft on a scheduled basis. Replace worm-shaft end seals regularly. Machine must be properly grounded; ground resistance < 4 Ω.
