Funcionamiento
The three-leaf blending wheel rotates at controlled speed driven by gearing, moving material in a regular spiral motion for thorough dry mixing. Binder is then added; the high-speed rotary cutter (multi-layer herringbone blades) cuts the wet mass into uniform granules. Mixing, wetting, and granulating run automatically and continuously in one chamber, typically completing in approximately 10 minutes.
