SED-300SDZL1-A — Dual-Servo Bag Counting and Arraying Machine

The machine receives individually ordered bags from an upstream bag-arranger. Bags pass through a Sick light-curtain that counts each unit as it interrupts the beam. Two 750 W servo station belts catch and shuttle bags at high speed to either a flat-stacked or side-stood orientation inside the receiving jig. Festo pneumatic cylinders and proximity sensors coordinate timing. Once the preset count is reached the jig advances to the discharge position; the HMI lets the operator change count and slot width on the fly.
