Three-layer 316L/304/304 mirror-polished pot (350 L total / 300 L working) is loaded via vacuum suction (–0.090 MPa) or liquid inlet. The 0–86 rpm bi-directional wall-scraping mixer (3 kW, PTFE scraper) keeps fluid moving along walls while the bottom 5.5 kW solid-integral laser-cut homogenizer (SUS316L rotor/stator, 0–3000 rpm VFD) emulsifies the product. Jacket heated by 12 kW electric or steam (100 kg/h); inner pot operating range –0.090 to 0.3 MPa. Hydraulic ram (1.5 kW) raises pot lid. Discharge via bottom valve or tilt (hand-crank). Phase-error motor protection. Main control panel governs agitator speed, temperature upper/lower limits, vacuum, and hydraulic lifting.
