Funcionamiento
Two gel films pressed by Φ150×300 mm rotary die (0–5 RPM stepless); single-piston feed pump injects 0–2 mL of fill medicament between films; capsules ejected and conveyed; tumble dryer (1 group of 6 sections, each with 3 fans, max 30 RPM VFD) sets/dries capsules. Gel preparation: water-bath jacketed gel-melt tank (450 L, 11.2 kW, 380 V) heated by hot-water circulation, vacuum-degassed (0.04–0.06 MPa); insulated storage bucket pressure-feeds gelatin. Colloid mill grinds raw material to 2–50 μm. Gelatin recycling: pulverizer + centrifuge recover scrap gel.
Proceso de funcionamiento
