Funcionamiento
High-speed cutting/crushing: the crushing chamber is equipped with a sharp fast blade on one side and an impact-style crushing blade on the other — material is cut and crushed by high-speed blade shearing. Particle size is adjusted by replacing the screen mesh or changing rotary speed. Material is conveyed from the crusher via the 3 kW suction fan through SS304 ducting (phi108) into the cyclone separator, where material is separated from the airstream and discharged via the 1.5 L discharger — providing closed, dust-free pneumatic conveying.
Proceso de funcionamiento
