SED-300GTB — High-Speed Round Bottle Labeling Machine

Unlabeled bottles are pushed from the collection plate into the front conveyor. The conveyor continuously transfers bottles into the rotary star wheel, which rotates counterclockwise at constant speed, converting the bottles' linear motion into circular motion. When a bottle reaches the label-dispensing station, the bottle-detection sensor triggers the label-feed motor to dispense a label. The label sensor detects the gap between labels and stops the motor, then activates the coding system to print on the stationary label. The star wheel then carries the partially-labeled bottle to the rolling station, where the label is instantly rolled onto the bottle body. Labeled bottles are returned to the rear conveyor and collected.
