Funcionamiento
Tablet cores tumble in a sealed perforated drum following complex trajectories. Coating medium is sprayed via atomizing guns; hot filtered air (3-stage filtration to Class 100,000 cleanliness) passes through the cores from the bottom screen, drying coating rapidly to form dense, smooth film. Negative-pressure is maintained and automatically regulated to prevent cross-contamination. Exhaust passes through vibrating bag dust collector (99% efficiency) before discharge.
