Funcionamiento

Movable toothed disc (wind-wheel/turbine type, 4500 r/min) rotates against fixed toothed disc. Materials are crushed via impact, shearing and grinding between the discs and from material-on-material collision. Strong airflow generated in the cavity carries heat and finished product out through the screen mesh. Crushed material enters collection bag via centrifugal force; dust filtered through cloth bag into collection box.

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Pre-production: wipe exterior with clean damp cloth; open machine and wipe interior; wipe hopper with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe all interior/exterior; clean hopper with 75% alcohol. Periodic: check moving parts monthly; clean filter bag regularly to maintain airflow. Open door cover to access crushing chamber (no tools required for basic disassembly). Do not flush motor, fan control box, or bearings with water.
