Funcionamiento
Material is loaded into the upper hopper and flows through a feed adjustment baffle into the crushing chamber. Inside the chamber, a turbine-type movable cutter disk (mounted on the main shaft) rotates clockwise at high speed against a fixed disk and toothed screen ring. Material is sheared and impacted between the disks and additionally subjected to high-frequency airflow vibration. Pulverized particles passing through the screen exit via the front outlet (covered by a non-woven cloth bag to filter fine dust); coarser particles remain in the chamber for further crushing. Water-cooled jacket on the rotating spindle keeps temperatures <65°C for heat-sensitive materials.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Material is loaded into the upper hopper and flows through a feed adjustment baffle into the crushing chamber.

Built-in safety: prohibition of flammable, explosive or hazardous chemicals. Periodic inspection 1-2 times/month of bearings, sealing rings, screen, movable/fixed disks. Bearing lube replacement every 1-3 months. Mirror-polished SUS304 surfaces support pharmaceutical/food cleaning standards. Effective ground wire required. Spindle must run clockwise — verify wiring direction before startup.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Internal surfaces are mirror-polished, smooth and dead-corner-free. Wash with high-pressure water gun including the chamber. External surfaces wipe-clean. Surfaces will not flake, rust, mildew or harbor pests. Sealed lubrication ensures no oil contamination of product.
