Funcionamiento
Toothed-disk high-speed rotating cutter (~3800 r/min) works against fixed knife/disk, breaking material by impact, shearing and grinding plus inter-particle impact. Built-in water cooling jacket prevents excessive temperature rise that would damage heat-sensitive materials. Strong airflow generated during crushing carries finished particles plus heat through the screen to the discharge. Centrifugal force pulls product into a collection bag at discharge; cloth-bag dust collector recovers fines (optional pulse-jet dust system available for higher-load applications). Optional in-line magnetic separator removes ferrous metal contaminants before they reach the cutters.

Designed per GMP standard. All product-contact in SUS304 stainless steel. Crushing chamber sealed — no flying dust during production. Do not crush metal, sturdy or high-viscosity materials. Maintenance every 6 months. 12-month warranty from installation, no more than 16 months after delivery.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Stop feeding before stopping; clear remnants in machine. Wash chamber — avoid water on motor, fan control box, and bearings. Install screen ring close to shoulder groove. Check cutter and screen regularly; replace if damaged. Maintenance every 6 months. Lubricate bearings per ZL-1 schedule.
