SED-300DQF-F — Electrolytic Nitrogen Generator

Single-liquid-surface single-cathode electrolytic catalytic technology. Pure air is the feedstock; potassium hydroxide solution is the medium. Compressed pure air enters the cathode side of the electrolytic cell through a high-precision pressure regulator. Physical adsorption causes oxygen to pass through a separator membrane to the anode side and is vented via the storage tank. The remaining nitrogen at the cathode side passes through both poles of the cell, then a catalytic device removes residual oxygen, and a filter adsorbs secondary impurities and moisture, producing high-purity nitrogen at the outlet. A program control system tracks the GC's actual nitrogen demand for fully automatic 0-300 mL/min regulation with constant pressure and constant flow.
