Funcionamiento
Multi-tank electric resistance heating: thick-walled 316L stainless steel sheathed heating elements (filled with imported high-temperature magnesium powder) immersed in feed water generate saturated steam at the rated pressure. Each of the 8 heating groups has an independent RCBO, allowing the controller to stage on/off the elements to match steam demand. Three-level water-level sensors (high/medium/low) prevent dry-fire; dual pressure controllers protect at 0.7 MPa, safety valve set at 0.73 MPa, and a wall-temperature device shuts off power above 165°C with audible/visual alarm.
Proceso de funcionamiento
