Funcionamiento
Tablets placed in the coating pan rotate continuously. The clockwise rotation and pan tilt (15–45°) create a tumbling and rubbing action ensuring even coating distribution on all tablet surfaces. Syrup and coating mixtures are added manually in batches. Hot air introduced by the blower causes rapid drying of the coating.

Pre-production cleaning: (1) wipe outer surface with clean wet towel; (2) open machine and wipe inside with wet towel; (3) wipe material drum (coating pan) with a clean towel, then wipe again with 75% industrial alcohol for sterilisation. Post-shift cleaning: same procedure. Periodic maintenance: (1) check all machine parts monthly for flexible movement and wear; replace worn parts promptly. (2) Store machine in dry clean room free of corrosive gases. (3) After each batch or extended shutdown: remove rotating drum, clean and rinse out remaining powder, reload. (4) Extended shutdown: wipe machine clean; if coating drum is copper, coat surface with oil for anti-oxidation; cover machine. Lubrication: transmission chain — manual lubrication monthly (oil 0–35 °C, grease >35 °C or <0 °C); adjustment knob — same schedule. Replace speed reducer lubricating oil every 6 months. Electrical: dust electrical control cabinet weekly; check terminal connections weekly; inspect motor wiring insulation and replace if damaged.
