SED-3000LP-C — Automatic Bottle Sloped-Disk Unscrambler

Disordered PET/plastic bottles are fed into the unscrambler hopper through the integrated lifter (stored in advance, auto-lifted with speed control; stops automatically when output is blocked). Inside the storage ring, the rotating sloped disk pushes bottles into bottle-format slots where they self-locate. Bottles that enter inverted are righted by the bottle-flipping mechanism; already-upright bottles pass through directly. Oriented upright bottles exit via the air-conveyor or belt-conveyor output to the next process. The full cycle is controlled by time relay and intermediate relay for simple, reliable operation.
