Funcionamiento
Materials are fed through the inlet into the crushing chamber and impacted by high-speed rotary blades against fixed gear rings, with simultaneous collision, friction, and cutting between particles, particles-and-blades, and gear rings. Fine powder is carried by positive airflow from a side fan through the screen, into a cyclone separator, and out via a discharge valve. Ultrafine particles are captured by the pulse jet dust collector and clean air is vented. The chamber does not heat up, preserving material properties.
