Funcionamiento
Hopper dryer: hot air at the set temperature (up to 200°C) is forced by a medium-pressure blower through the heater bank into the bottom of the insulated hopper, rises through the material bed, evaporates moisture, and exits the top. Microcomputer controller regulates heater duty to keep the bed temperature at setpoint within ±1°C; phase-sequence, over-temperature and earth-leakage protections built in.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Hopper dryer: hot air at the set temperature (up to 200°C) is forced by a medium-pressure blower through the heater bank into the bottom of the insulated hopper, rises through the material bed, evaporates moisture, and exits the top.
2Microcomputer controller regulates heater duty to keep the bed temperature at setpoint within ±1°C; phase-sequence, over-temperature and earth-leakage protections built in.
