SED-3.6WB-K cabinet microwave vacuum dryer. Microwave 2450±15 MHz, 5 kVA total / 0-3 kW microwave output (stepless), dehydrate 2.4-3.6 kg/h. Three 1.05 kW industrial water-cooled magnetrons + 1.5 kW self-cooled transform
Funcionamiento
Under vacuum conditions, microwave energy acts directly on the interior and exterior of materials simultaneously, without requiring heat transfer through air convection or conduction. Material trays are fixed on a rotating bracket that slowly revolves to evenly distribute microwave energy across all trays. Microwaves are generated by magnetrons, excited through rectangular waveguide assemblies into the chamber to irradiate the material directly. Simultaneously, a water-ring vacuum pump evacuates the chamber; a stepless control device sets vacuum level according to material type (minimum ~33 mbar). An infrared thermometer continuously monitors material temperature to prevent overheating. This low-temperature vacuum + direct microwave heating achieves rapid drying while overcoming the disadvantages of traditional vacuum drying (slow heat conduction, low efficiency, large temperature gradients).
