Funcionamiento
Bottles are conveyed on a 2m belt with side guides into the filling station, where two servo-driven gear pumps (32mm bore, 50L hopper, 0.75kW servo each) dispense the syrup volumetrically at ±1% accuracy. Filled bottles continue downstream where a lift-type cap sorter uses cap center-of-gravity orientation to feed caps mouth-up via chain-plate at 4000-5000 caps/h, auto-stopping when full. An electro-pneumatic chuck capper (Zhongda Youkong PLC/HMI) then grips and torques the cap to adjustable tightness, handling round caps, pump heads and duck-bill caps in plastic or metal at 20-45 bottles/min.
