Funcionamiento
A pump draws liquid from the finished-goods tank. Mass flow meters on each branch line detect the set volume and send a signal to the PLC, which controls the fill valve to close on target. Cylinder pushes each bottle into fill position; conveyor speed is VFD-adjustable; photoelectric sensors count bottles in and out. No-bottle, no-fill protection. Cylinder-driven or servo-motor fill head raises/lowers for different bottle heights; bottle-clamp cylinder aligns the fill position.
Proceso de funcionamiento
