SED-2VH-I — V-Type Mixer

Driven by a motor and reducer (belt transmission), the V-shaped asymmetric cylinder rotates about a central rotary axis at 24 r/min. The two inclined arms tip alternately up and down. When the V-junction is at the bottom, gravity collects material into that joint; when the joint rotates to the top, the pooled material splits and falls into both inclined arms, and each arm's material re-enters the other through the junction on the next half-rotation. The continuous rotation displaces, translates, and diffuses the powder repeatedly, achieving uniform mixing without shear or pulverization. A stainless butterfly valve at the bottom of one arm allows dust-free discharge. Material moves fully in upper, lower, left and right directions within the barrel.
