Funcionamiento
Product enters at 35–40 °C and is preheated by the four-stage tubular heat exchanger (φ57 shell, φ12 inner tube SS316L). Steam-heated hot water (separate hot-water loop, 4 T/h pump) raises product to 115–135 °C. The insulated holding tube (selectable 5 s, 15 s or 30 s) maintains the sterilization temperature. Product is then cooled in the cooling-water section (3–4 T/h cooling water flow) to 45–60 °C and discharged. Pneumatic 2/3 and 2/4-way valves handle CIP and divert functions. PLC monitors temperature (Pt100), level and pressure (diaphragm gauges 0–1.6 MPa); VFD-driven booster pump automatically maintains pressure.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Product enters at 35–40 °C and is preheated by the four-stage tubular heat exchanger (φ57 shell, φ12 inner tube SS316L).
