Funcionamiento
User loads a stack of cups at the cup loading station. The rotary panel indexes each cup to the filling station, where coffee powder is dosed into the cup quantitatively. A pre-cut lid is automatically dropped onto the filled cup (position adjustable and controlled automatically). The lid is heat-sealed (heating element + thermostat + temperature sensor + pneumatic press). Finished sealed capsules exit the machine. Electric control: PLC programmable control with emergency stop and electrical protection.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1User loads a stack of cups at the cup loading station.
2The rotary panel indexes each cup to the filling station, where coffee powder is dosed into the cup quantitatively.
3A pre-cut lid is automatically dropped onto the filled cup (position adjustable and controlled automatically).
4The lid is heat-sealed (heating element + thermostat + temperature sensor + pneumatic press).
5Finished sealed capsules exit the machine.
6Electric control: PLC programmable control with emergency stop and electrical protection.
