Funcionamiento
Drug solution is kept at temperature in the heated and agitated feed tank → the solution is dripped through the nozzle head into the cooling column → droplets cool and solidify in the coolant → pills are carried out via the conveyor belt and collected in the pill tray. The cooling column has motorized height adjustment and a liquid-level control system for the drug solution. A proprietary spiral coolant heat exchanger circulates and cools the coolant.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Drug solution is kept at temperature in the heated and agitated feed tank → the solution is dripped through the nozzle head into the cooling column → droplets cool and solidify in the coolant → pills are carried out via the conveyor belt and collected in the pill tray.
