Funcionamiento
Material loaded onto a glass turntable; vibration and an arrangement track guide pieces in single file past an infrared photo-eye sensor. Each piece breaking the IR beam increments the counter. Once the preset count is reached, the machine pauses dispensing and releases the batch into the container. If powder accumulates, a vacuum port inside the door can be connected to a dust extractor to prevent contamination of the photo-eye.
Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Clean the photo-eye with a soft brush or cloth; if powder accumulates, attach a vacuum hose at the dust outlet inside the door panel to prevent eye contamination. After changing products or at end of day, wipe down all external surfaces and all parts that contact the drug product. Keep the area around the machine clean and well lit.
