Funcionamiento
Roll paper → edge gluing → tube folding → cutting → bottom folding → bottom gluing → bottom forming → finished bag. Frequency converter provides stepless speed control. Bag length is adjusted by exchanging gears of different diameters. Independent glue coating system continues operating after machine stop to prevent glue from drying. Bottom glue tank structure prevents drip. Rotary blade positioning allows easy disassembly. Integral tube-forming adjustment supports single- or double-side gusset linked adjustment. Roll holder fine-adjusted via lateral lead screw. Pneumatic roll lift/lower device.
Proceso de funcionamiento
