Funcionamiento
A drive motor + gearbox + smooth transmission assembly form an inline indexing drive system with pull conveyor belt, positioning devices, and aluminum mold plates; a stepless speed controller adjusts running speed. Auto film-pull, auto film-press, and auto position-adjust system. Sealing system comprises heating and constant-temperature control components, temperature sensor, sealing device, heat-seal plate and heat-seal head, and pneumatic sealing actuator. Electrical control system includes control circuit, power supply, electrical protection, and emergency stop. Pneumatic system consists of FRL unit, electrically-controlled directional valve, and air-circuit protection.
