Funcionamiento
Paper feeding section uses a lead-screw adjustment mechanism for board size setting. Italian-imported rubber conveyor belts provide friction for sheet transport with dual tension control. Drive shaft uses knurled rollers to increase friction with the conveyor belt. Electromagnetic clutch/brake mechanism for separation and braking. Electrical section uses miniature relay control; main motor equipped with electromagnetic clutch, electromagnetic brake, and solid-state relay for flexible start/stop. Main motor speed controlled by variable-frequency drive (VFD).
