Funcionamiento
PVC, paper, or cold-form aluminum film unwinds from an inflated air-shaft under active-feed motor control for constant tension. The film passes through a heated forming station for thermoforming PVC or mechanical/cold-form for ALU-ALU. Capsules/tablets are filled via the universal feeder (or optional exclusive feeder) and unincluded particles are swept off by the brush wheel. The PTP aluminum foil web is laminated and heat-sealed. Steel-letter embossing applies the batch number, an indentation device cuts crease lines, and a punching device cuts blisters; waste film is recovered. Servo-driven traction with closed-loop photoelectric register maintains zero accumulated registration error. Air clamp or rubber wheel traction is optional.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1PVC, paper, or cold-form aluminum film unwinds from an inflated air-shaft under active-feed motor control for constant tension.
