Funcionamiento
Roll film is fed from the unwinder module through a bottom-seal station and two vertical-seal stations to form a continuous tube/pouch shape. Film transport is driven by a Panasonic servo motor for precise pitch control. The vacuum pump opens each formed pouch; the piston pump filler doses product into the open pouch; the top-seal station closes and cools the filled pouch; a cutter separates individual packs. Intermittent transport steps pouches through each station synchronously. A color-sensor eyemark system ensures registration. A no-pouch no-dose detection prevents product waste.
